Our process is simple. Fill out and submit our straight-forward online questionnaire. It will take you from 5 to 20 minutes, depending on your situation.
We file for you
With every other online service you get your documents and then what? you're left to navigate the filing process on your own. But we don't hand you a stack of “filing instructions” along with your documents. We file with the court FOR YOU, at no additional charge. No one else does that. Why is that important? Not only does it save you from having to learn how to file and then take off work to do it, it is your assurance of the quality of our work because our name is on your documents and we will not file anything with the court (the same courts we appear in every day) unless they meet or exceed the court's acceptability requirements.
We have our own attorney in-house
A real, live, experienced Colorado divorce attorney creates your documents from the information you provide at no additional charge, so you know they are done right. We are alone among the online services in that regard. If you have questions or need help, a live person is there.

We are local, with our offices right here in Colorado...not a national chain doing cases in every state. We do ONLY Colorado cases so you don’t need to worry about whether our forms and procedures are actually suited to Colorado and up to the minute.
